Your privacy is sacred to us. This policy explains what data we use, for what purpose, and what rights you have over it.

Who is responsible for your data

For anything about personal data, write to us at privacidad@diosesamorporsiempre.cloud.

What data we collect

Your account data (name, email address, profile photo if you add one, and your password stored as an irreversible fingerprint, never the way you type it), your interests, your activity in the app (prayers, streaks, posts, comments and reactions) and technical device data needed for the app and the notifications to work.

What we use it for

To give you your feed and your community, to verify that the email is yours and protect access to your account, to save your progress and your streaks, to send you the reminders and alerts you choose, to improve the app and to keep a safe space. We do not sell your personal data.

Notifications

You can turn notifications on or off (social, streak, content, system) from your settings, whenever you want.

Back to the contents

Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to operate (for example, cloud services, email delivery and push notifications) and with the app stores, under confidentiality agreements.

Your public content is visible to the community according to the visibility you choose.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it or delete it, and close your account whenever you want from your profile. When you delete the account, we erase or anonymize your data according to applicable law.

If you prefer to request it in writing, write to us at privacidad@diosesamorporsiempre.cloud.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Your password is stored turned into a fingerprint that cannot be turned back into the original (a “hash”), so nobody can see it.

No system is 100% infallible, but we work to care for your data as something valuable.

Minors

The app is not directed to children under the minimum age allowed in your country. If we detect accounts of minors without authorization, we will delete them.

Device permissions

We only ask for the permissions we need and always at the moment you use them: photos, so you can choose the images you want to share or set as your profile picture; notifications, to send you the reminders and alerts you choose in the Menu.

You can revoke them whenever you want from your phone settings and the app will keep working.

Reports, blocks and moderation

When you report a post, a comment or a person, we store the report, the reported content and your identifier so we can review it; we use that data only to moderate and protect the community.

When you block someone we store that relationship to stop showing you their content and to prevent them from contacting you. You can see and undo your blocks in the Menu › Blocked people.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active.

When you delete your account we erase or anonymize your personal information and your content stops being available to the community; we only retain what the law obliges us to keep, and the moderation records needed to prevent repeat offenses.
