On the welcome screen tap “Sign in”. You can get in two ways: with your email address and your password, or by tapping “Continue with Google” if you created your account with Google. There is no sign-in with Apple or with a phone number. If you do not have an account yet, you will see the “Create account” link below.

Tap “Create account” and choose how: “Continue with Google” or “Continue with email”. With email, go step by step: your first and last name, your date of birth, your email and a password with at least 8 characters, one letter and one number. We will send a 6-digit code to your email; type it in the app to confirm it is you. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or tap “Resend code”. With Google, we take your name, your email and your photo from your Google account, and we only ask for your date of birth. You must be of legal age: at least 18 years old. The account is free. After that you can turn on alerts and choose your photo, your cover and who to follow. You can skip those steps and do them later.

On the sign-in screen tap “I forgot my password”. Type your email and tap “Send code”. You will receive a 6-digit code: type it, choose your new password and tap “Save and sign in”. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.

Open the menu and tap “Password”. Type your current password, then the new one (at least 8 characters, one letter and one number) and tap “Save password”.

On “Home”, at the top left, there is an icon with three lines. Tap it and the menu opens. Inside you will find My streak, My routine, My posts, Saved content and Viewed content. Further down are Edit profile, Password, Notifications and Language. Then Blocked people, My reports, the community guidelines and this help center. At the very bottom are Sign out and Delete account.

On “Home”, tap the round button with the + sign at the bottom right. Write what you want to share. If you like, tap “Photo” to add up to 10 photos, or “Video” to add one video of up to 5 minutes; photos and video cannot be mixed in the same post. If you add no photos and no video, you can choose a color background with “Background”. When you are ready, tap “Publish” at the top right.

Open the content from the “Pray” tab and tap the heart at the top right; it turns golden once it is saved. To come back to it, open the menu and tap “Saved content”. To remove it, tap the heart again. Whatever you have already listened to or read is in “Viewed content”.

Your streak counts the days in a row when you give a moment to God. A day counts when you finish a content or when you complete every step of that day's routine. Posting, commenting or following someone does not count. We count the day by your phone's time. If one day you cannot pray, a shield covers that day so the chain does not break. You can see it in the menu, under “My streak”; the information icon at the top there explains everything in detail.

Open the menu and tap “My routine”. Tap the + at the top right, or the “New routine” button if you do not have one yet. At the top you will see a large clock: tap it to pick the time. Below it, mark the days of the week. Give it a name and, under “Content”, tap “Add a session” to choose at least one prayer or devotional. When you are done, tap “Save”. The reminder will arrive at that time, in your own time zone, as long as your notifications are on.

Open the menu and tap “Notifications”. At the top, turn on “Allow notifications”, and below choose what you want to receive: Streak, New content, Social and App notices. If your phone has alerts blocked, you will see a message with an “Open settings” button to turn them on.

On the post, tap the three dots (···) at the top right and choose “Report post”, or “Report” that person. On a comment, tap the three dots on the comment and choose “Report comment”. Mark the reason and tap “Send report”; only if you choose “Other reason” will you need to write what happened. What you report is hidden right away while our team reviews it, within 24 hours at most. You can follow it in the menu, under “My reports”.

On any of their posts, tap the three dots (···) and choose “Block” that person. You can also do it from their profile, with the three dots at the top right. Confirm and that is it: you stop following each other, you no longer see their content, and they cannot comment on or react to yours. To unblock them, open the menu, tap “Blocked people” and then “Unblock”.

Open the menu and tap “Edit profile”. Tap your photo and then “Choose a photo from my gallery” to use one from your phone, or keep one of our avatars. After you pick a photo you can drag and pinch it to frame it, then tap “Apply”. Tap the large image at the top to change the cover, the same way. On that same screen you can change your name and your bio. When you are done, tap “Save”.

Open the menu and tap “My posts”: your profile opens with everything you have shared. To delete one, open it, tap the three dots (···) and choose “Delete post”. If “Edit post” appears, you can also correct what you wrote.

Open the menu and tap “Language”. Choose “Español” or “English” and the app changes right away.

Open the menu, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”. Read what will happen, tap “Delete my account” and confirm with “Delete”. The deletion is real: we erase your routines and their reminders, your saved and viewed content, your Bible marks, your streak, your alerts, your reactions, your followers and following, your blocks, your devices, your codes and your access log. Your posts and your comments stop being visible in the app. We also erase your photo, your cover and the photos and videos you uploaded. Your name and your details are removed from the account and we sign you out right away. We only keep for 12 months the reports that other people made about your content, for moderation. We cannot recover anything. Your email is released: if one day you want to come back, you can create a brand new account with it and start from scratch. If you already uninstalled the app, write to us from your account email and we will delete it for you.
