Community guidelines

It is absolutely forbidden to use the app for any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor: child sexual abuse material, images or texts that sexualize minors, approaching a minor for sexual purposes (grooming), sextortion and trafficking.

We remove that content, close the account permanently, preserve the evidence and report it to the competent authorities as the law requires. More details in our Child safety standards: https://web.diosesamorporsiempre.cloud/child-safety.

Even though only you see your profile, it is not allowed to use as your name, profile photo, cover or medal intention:

• Sexual, pornographic or nude content.
• Violence, graphic content, threats or incitement to harm.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on religion, race, origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other condition.
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• The name or image of another person, of a priest or of a Church institution in order to impersonate them.
• Other people's personal data without their permission.
• Any illegal content or content that violates the rights of third parties.

It is not allowed to try to access other people's accounts; to attack, overload or automatically copy the app or our servers; to create accounts to evade a suspension; to sell, give away or trade accounts, coins or medals; to cheat with coins or ads (automated programs, fake clicks or accounts created only to collect coins); to abuse store purchases or refunds; or to harass or threaten our team when writing to us.

Posts, comments, reactions, polls, followers, blocking, people search, routines and reports were retired starting with version 1.8.0, and content published before then stops being shown and is deleted. Since the app no longer shows content from other people, there are no buttons to report or block either.

If you see something that worries you related to Dios es Amor, write to us at diosesamorporsiempre.cloud@gmail.com. If it concerns a minor at risk, write with the subject “Child safety” and we will handle it with top priority.

Depending on the severity and on whether it is the first time, we may remove a name, photo or cover that breaks these rules, temporarily suspend the account or close it permanently.

Cases of child abuse or exploitation and credible threats lead to the immediate and permanent closure of the account and are reported to the authorities.

Saint medals and the Support frame are recognition for those who help keep the app going. They do not represent the Church and do not exempt anyone from these rules: an account that supports the app must follow them like any other.
